Textbook
Calculus: Early Transcendentals, by James Stewart, 7th edition, Thomson Brooks/Cole, 2012.

The primary objective of the course is to cover Chapters 12 through 14 of the book. Chapters 1 through 5 (Calculus I) are prerequisites for Calculus III.
